A prescription, water-based, intramuscular, polysulfated glycosaminoglycan (PSGAG)
that helps prevent irreversible damage to the cartilage that occurs as a result of non-infectious arthritis. Healthy cartilage is a vital component of maintaining a functional, pain-free joint. It helps keep the cartilage healthy and intact, so that the bone in the joint cannot touch other bones.
